18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Clinically diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis; 2 Knee pain and restricted mobility; 3 Meeting diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis with Kellgren-Lawrence radiographic grading of Grade II–III; 4 Mentally competent and able to adhere to scheduled medication regimen; 5 Receiving intra-articular injection therapy for the first time; 6 Possessing basic Chinese literacy and providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with concomitant coagulation disorders; 2 Patients with concomitant malignant tumours; 3 Patients who have previously undergone joint cavity aspiration for fluid removal; 4 Patients who have taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other oral analgesics within 24 hours prior to the procedure; 5 Patients prone to motion sickness.
