Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Aged >= 60 years according to the World Health Organisation definition of older adults; 2. >=3 months of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (stable); 3. Normal cognitive function with capacity for verbal communication; 4. Possesses a caregiver who is a relative; 5. Has provided informed consent and participates voluntarily; Caregiver: 1. Acts as the patient's primary caregiver (daily care duration >=4 hours); 2. Has no history of significant psychiatric disorders; 3. Is aged >=18 years; 4. Is proficient in using WeChat for online communication; 5. Has provided informed consent and participates voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Those concurrently undergoing haemodialysis; 2. Those with psychiatric disorders or impaired consciousness; 3. Those with malignant tumours or severe illnesses; 4. Those already participating in other studies; Carers: 1. Those with cognitive impairment or communication difficulties; 2. Those who do not actively cooperate with medical staff; 3. Those receiving remuneration for caregiving.
