Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.A newly diagnosed patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by pathological examination 2.Age 18-70 3.Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent 4.Image-guided intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) was used to receive 6MV-X irradiation, and the total dose of radiotherapy for primary nasopharyngeal lesions was 68-72Gy, 2-2.2Gy/times, 5 times/week, a total of 30-33 times.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Disorder of consciousness or history of mental illness 2. Abnormal communication and cognitive function, no ability to fill in the scale 3.Complications with other tumors 4. Complicated heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction
