60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First cardiac thoracotomy; 2.Age 60-75 years old; 3.ICU-AW diagnosis (MRC score < 48 points); 4.Cardiovascular stability; 5.Clear consciousness, RASS score of 0 or +/-1; 6.Signed informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comprehensive functional impairment of vital organs; 2.Preoperative physical functional impairment; 3.Communication disorder; 4.Participation in other studies;
