Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Community-dwelling older adults aged >=60 years; (2) Individuals with sarcopenia, diagnosed using the 2019 Asian Community-Based Sarcopenia Diagnostic Criteria: 1) Calf circumference: (men 12 seconds or 6-meter walk speed < 1 m/s; (3) Experience using smartphones/tablets or willingness to learn; (4) Informed consent and ability to actively participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe contraindications to exercise, such as severe arthritis or fractures; (2) Coexisting mental disorders; (3) Acute exacerbation of severe or chronic illnesses.
