65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Diabetic patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of the WHO; 2 Age >= 65 years old; 3 Diabetes duration of more than 6 months; 4 Have a primary family caregiver providing care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with language, consciousness and cognitive impairments; 2 Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney, respiratory failure or malignant tumors; 3 Patients with mental disorders.
