Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly employed nurses who have obtained their nursing qualification certificate and practice certificate, and have been working independently in nursing for less than one year and who voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with previous exposure to nursing scenario simulation training.
