18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery for individuals aged 18–65 years, both male and female, with a BMI of 18.5–34.9; 2. Braden Scale score >=12 points; 3. Surgical anaesthesia duration >=22 hours; 4. Preoperative intact skin with no history of pressure ulcers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe dysfunction in vital organs such as the heart, kidneys, or liver, or coagulation disorders; pregnancy or lactation; psychiatric conditions; incomplete or missing clinical documentation; pre-existing pressure ulcers or skin/nerve damage; surgical duration <2 hours.
