18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary lung cancer undergoing their first thoracoscopic lobectomy; 2. Aged .>=18 years, with no mobility impairment and capable of independent living; 3. Mentally alert and able to communicate verbally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical disability or impaired limb function (muscle strength score < 4); 2. Abnormal vital signs with potential for sudden deterioration; 3. Metastatic disease requiring palliative resection or inoperable status; 4. Patients undergoing total lung resection; 5. Requiring intensive care unit admission post-operatively.
