Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the criteria defined by the quantitative questionnaire for high-risk factors in colorectal cancer (CRC) screening recommended in the Chinese Expert Consensus on Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2023 Edition), or the assessment criteria for sporadic high-risk populations outlined in the National Health Commission's Office Circular on the Implementation Plan for Colorectal Cancer Screening and Early Diagnosis and Treatment (2024 Edition); 2. Aged over 18 and under 75; 3. Educational attainment at primary school level or above; 4. Being of sound mind and willing to share their thoughts; 5. Possessing a smartphone and being proficient in using mini-programs; 6. Having sufficient reading ability, providing informed consent, and voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have undergone a colonoscopy within the past year; 2. Pregnant women, or those with severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, kidneys, or other organs, or with coagulation disorders, who are unsuitable for colonoscopy; 3. Individuals with psychiatric disorders, intellectual disabilities, or who are unable to communicate verbally; 4. Individuals currently participating in, or who have previously participated in, similar colorectal cancer screening intervention studies.
