Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative diagnosis of primary choledocholithiasis (2) No use of antibiotics or probiotic drugs within 3 months (3) No severe infection symptoms or other complicated serious diseases (4) Patients not undergoing emergency ERCP within 12 hours (5) Patients with successful ERCP intubation and bile/intestinal juice collected (6) Patients who have signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with complicated pancreatitis or biliary malformation (2) Patients who used antibiotics or probiotic drugs preoperatively (3) Patients with bacteremia or septicemia (4) Patients who have not signed the informed consent form
