Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned pulmonary wedge resection, segmentectomy, or lobectomy; 2. Age over 18 years; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification 50%; 6. Resting blood gas analysis: arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2) >= 75 mmHg, arterial carbon dioxide pressure (PaCO2) 50% of the predicted value; 8. Informed consent obtained and signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse surgery and/or anesthesia plans; 2. Preoperative pulmonary infection; 3. History of previous surgery on the same side or other history that may cause extensive pleural adhesions; 4. Diaphragmatic paralysis on the non-surgical side; 5. High risk of preoperative reflux (fasting <6 hours) or coexisting gastroesophageal reflux disease; 6. Coexisting heart, kidney, liver, or other organ dysfunctions, with contraindications to surgery; 7. Severe cognitive, psychological, or communication disorders.
