Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke was confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. The last normal time interval to the hospital was more than 4.5 hours; 3. Occlusion of large and medium vessels was confirmed by head CTA or MRA: internal carotid artery (ICA) , middle cerebral artery (MCA M 1/M 2/M 3) , anterior cerebral artery (ACA A1/A2) , basilar artery (BA) , vertebral artery (VA) , and posterior cerebral artery (PCA P1/P2); 4. Written informed consent was given by the patient or family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage was confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Follow-up was not expected to be completed; 3. Patients deemed unsuitable by the investigators were excluded.
