Catheter-related bloodstream infections in hemodialysis patients

Interventions

Drug-eluting catheter group:According to the requirements of the catheter instruction manual, use the matching tube - sealing solution for the tube - sealing operation.
Ordinary catheter group:After hemodialysis is completed, use conventional catheter sealing solution to seal the catheter.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with renal failure aged 18-80 years old; 2. Indwelling central venous catheter; 3. Receiving >=2 hemodialysis sessions per week and having received >=2 sessions prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Minocycline and rifampicin allergy; 2. Antibiotic therapy <=14 days prior to enrollment; 3. Catheter exit site infection or suspected infection prior to enrollment; 4. Systemic immunosuppression; 5. Extracorporeal circulation intolerance; 6. Patients with malignant tumors with a life expectancy of <=6 months.

Time to catheter-related infection occurrence;Removal of the catheter for any reason or loss of catheter patency (dialysis blood flow rate <= 100 mL/min);

Exclude nausea, vomiting, cough, headache, drowsiness, and other adverse reactions to minocycline and rifampicin caused by other reasons.;CRBSI incidence rate;Medical expenses;
