Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer and need surgery, and who are undergoing surgery for the first time. 2. Clear consciousness, normal comprehension ability, and normal listening and language expression abilities. 3. Voluntarily participate in this study with informed consent. 4. The research subjects report themselves as being of Mongolian or Han ethnicity. Their ID cards are verified for confirmation and they sign the ethnic identity confirmation statement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient is under 18 years old. 2. The patient refused surgical treatment. 3. Patients whose postoperative pathology is not thyroid cancer. 4. There is a history of anxiety, depression or mental illness. 5. Has a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or major illnesses. 6. The patient had no obvious symptoms such as hoarseness or choking when drinking water before the operation. 7. The patient refused to be enrolled in the group.
