Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes patients diagnosed in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Peking University People's Hospital and Hebei General Hospital; the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes is based on the clinical manifestation, serum C-peptide level and diabetes autoantibody, which needs to be independently judged by more than two endocrinologists; 2. Age range from 18 to 70 years old; 3. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe anemia, HGB = 3×ULN, total bilirubin >= 1.5×ULN; 3. Severe systemic diseases, including malignant tumors; 4. Mental illness or cognitive impairment; 5. Local skin allergies, infections, or other conditions unsuitable for CGM wear; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Other factors deemed by the investigator to affect the study.
