Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pathologically confirmed stage I and II non-small cell lung cancer who have undergone surgical resection; Complete clinical data are available; 2.The pathological slides are kept intact, and the pathological slides can be reviewed or the pathology report that has been classified by subtype according to the new criteria for lung cancer in 2021; 3.Have preoperative HRCT images; 4.Follow-up time >= 5 years,;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of chemoradiotherapy and immunotherapy; 2.Previous thoracic tumor surgery; 3.The clinical data are incomplete, and there is a lack of case and imaging information;
