Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I–II grade; 2. BMI = 30 kg/m^2; 3. Age 30–75 years; 4. Thoracoscopic lobectomy; 5. Patients and their families agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with psychiatric disorders who cannot cooperate; 2. Patients with chronic pain before surgery; 3. Patients with contraindications to nerve block; 4. Patients in whom nerve block has failed; 5. Conversion to open thoracic surgery; 6. Blood loss >1000 ml; 7. Surgery duration >4 hours.
