Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Within 2 weeks of onset and with complete documentation; 2.Perform emergency CT plain scan in our hospital; 3.No serious accidents occurred during the acute phase; 4.DSA or CTA diagnosis of aortic dissection; 5.CT shows no history of major vascular intervention or surgical intervention before surgery; 6.Complete preoperative and postoperative follow-up data for TEVAR;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of clinical or imaging data; 2.Chronic phase of aortic dissection; 3.Poor image quality and large analysis errors; 4.Previous history of aortic surgery; 5.Traumatic aortic dissection; 6.patients dropped out;
