Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis was BPH, and it met the surgical indications in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia". The pathological results of the postoperative specimens ruled out the possibility of concurrent prostate cancer. 2. All preoperative urine cultures were negative. 3. All patients can get out of bed and move around after the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The indwelling time of the urinary catheter after the operation is less than 1 day or more than 3 days. 2. Patients with preoperative coagulation dysfunction, infection at the puncture site, acute or chronic pain, or drug addiction; 3. Combined with other urology-related diseases and a history of long-term indwelling catheterization in the past; 4. People allergic to medical adhesives; 5. Patients with unclear consciousness and communication disorders.
