Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years who are scheduled for perianal abscess surgery and whose preoperative pelvic MRI scans meet the relevant diagnostic criteria outlined in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Perianal Abscess"; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Class I to III; 3. No history of hip or pelvic surgery or anesthesia of the pudendal nerve.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergies or intolerance to anesthetic drugs; 2. Having coagulation disorders or infections; 3. Preoperative pelvic MRI plain scan suggesting a pelvic rectal fossa abscess; 4. Patients unable to cooperate with postoperative pain assessment; 5. Combined with other anorectal diseases, such as anal fissures, anal fistulas, enteritis, etc.; 6. No infectious lesions along the puncture route of the PNB.
