18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2.Aged 18-50 and 65-80 years; 3.Patients with stage I-III resectable colon cancer confirmed by NCCN guideline; 4.Colectomy and regional lymph node dissection are required according to the judgment of the treating doctor; 5.All patients were treated with standard protocols; 6.Tolerated electronic colonoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological or psychiatric abnormalities that affect cognitive ability; 2.Patients with other primary tumors; 3.Presence of severe systemic disease; 4.It is judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
