Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for CHD as outlined in the "Handbook for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease in Children"; 2.Admission to ICU after surgery; 3.Age <= 14 years old; 4. Staying in ICU for more than 7 days;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Died during treatment; 2.Unstable heart rate and blood pressure, requiring emergency treatment at any time; 3.Complicated with severe arrhythmia; 4.Complicated with active bleeding; 5.Being in a state of high fever (body temperature exceeding 38.5 ?); 6.Comorbid with other severe organic diseases; 7.Combined with primary asthma and other pulmonary diseases; 8.Premature infants and low-birth-weight infants;
