Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Biliary atresia group: Intraoperative cholangiography and histopathology of the resected tissue both confirmed biliary atresia during surgical exploration. Non-biliary atresia group 1. Recurrent or persistent yellowing of the skin and sclera after birth; 2. Progressive increase or unchanged serum bilirubin, direct bilirubin/total bilirubin > 20%; 3. Age < 6 months; 4. Rule out biliary atresia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Biliary atresia Group 1. No intraoperative biliary angiography or age >6 months at the time of angiography; 2. Those with functional disorders of vital organs or electrolyte imbalances; Non-biliary atresia group 1.Age >6 months; 2. Those with functional disorders of vital organs or electrolyte imbalances; 3. Incomplete clinical data and biliary atresia cannot be excluded.
