Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenic obesity: According to the "Consensus on the Definition and Diagnostic Criteria of Sarcopenic Obesity", the critical value of the calf circumference is = 30 cm for men and = 29 cm for women, the 6-meter conventional walking speed is =28kg/m ²; Male waist circumference >=85cm, female waist circumference >=80cm. 3. Patients need to have complete medical records, including tongue appearance, pulse, examination results, lifestyle, etc., to facilitate accurate assessment and intervention. 4. The patient voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction or heart failure occurred within the past three months; 2. Suffering from diseases that restrict physical activity; 3. Patients with severe mental disorders.
