Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Han Chinese ethnicity; 2 Age >= 18 years; 3 Willing to participate in the questionnaire survey, complete blood biochemical and routine blood tests, and provide the corresponding reports; 4 Provision of informed consent; 5 Long-term follow-up is possible (RCT study only).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Unable to communicate effectively, with severe cognitive impairment and no qualified legal representative; 2 Undergoing cancer treatment, immunosuppressive therapy (e.g., cyclosporine, methotrexate, glucocorticoids), or anticoagulant therapy; or suffering from severe liver or kidney disease; 3 Currently taking other health supplements for 3 months or longer (e.g., NMN); 4 Individuals identified by a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitution questionnaire as having Qi-depression or Yin-deficiency constitution and presenting with stage 2 or higher hypertension (SBP > 160 mmHg or DBP > 100 mmHg, RCT study only).
