Interventions

Traditional ultrasound-guided nasogastric tube placement group:Traditional ultrasound-guided nasoenteric tube insertion
Trial group:Perform ultrasound-guided nasoenteric tube insertion using the R-S-A three-point positioning technique.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients or their legal guardians aged 18–80 years (inclusive), who are willing to provide informed consent; 2. Dysphagia that cannot be relieved within 48 hours; 3. Patients with high nutritional risk (NRS-2002 score =5) accompanied by any of the following conditions: aspiration pneumonia, altered mental status due to various diseases, severe dementia, bed rest, gastroesophageal reflux, hiccups, gastric retention, or pyloric stenosis; 4. Patients who cannot tolerate nasogastric tube feeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 80 years; 2. Patients with a history of upper abdominal surgery; 3. Patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers, or esophageal and gastric varices; 4. Patients with severe sinusitis or nasal bone fracture; 5. Patients with recent gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, ischemic bowel disease, or epistaxis.
