Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnostic criteria for hospitalized children diagnosed with MP pneumonia in our hospital: the diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia refer to the 8th edition of Zhufutang Practical Pediatrics, and the diagnostic criteria for MPP refer to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children (2023 edition) [1]: On the basis of diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia, if there is any one of the following two items, (1) single serum MP antibody titer= 1:160 (PA method); (2) During the course of the disease, the double serum MP antibody titer increased by 4 times or more. (2) MP-DNA or RNA positive.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With viruses, bacteria, chlamydia and other mixed infections; 2.Treatment with glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants in the past 3 months before enrollment; 3.Combined with immune diseases or a history of immune diseases; 4.Combined with allergic diseases such as allergic purpura; 5.Combined with bronchial asthma, tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases; 6.History of malignant tumors.
