18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2.Neurosurgers; 3.Individuals who have not taken antipsychotic medication within the past 3 months prior to admission; 4.Individuals without mental illness in the family; 5.The patient and their family members are informed and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who experience sub delirium or delirium before surgery; 2.Patients with hearing and speech impairments who cannot communicate normally; 3.Patients undergoing postoperative endotracheal intubation or mechanical ventilation; 4.Patients who are unwilling to participate in the study.
