Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. The medical records are complete and accurate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical records or missing relevant information and data during hospitalization; 2. Repeated fall incidents reported at the same time; 3. Falls among outpatients, physical examination clients and family members of patients
