60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >= 60 years; 2 Meets the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment (MCI) as defined by the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Disorders; 3 Meets the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders based on the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Insomnia and the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd Edition (ICSD-3); 4 Normal or only mildly impaired vision and hearing (e.g., able to communicate normally with assistive devices such as hearing aids); capable of effective communication; 5 Any chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) are in a stable condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Presence of psychiatric disorders, neurological diseases, or other systemic conditions that may affect cognition (e.g., metabolic disorders, Parkinson’s disease, hyperthyroidism); 2 Inability to complete neuropsychological assessments due to severe illness or other reasons; 3 Diagnosed with dementia; 4 History of alcohol dependence or substance abuse.
