Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Those with at least one main coronary artery or its branch showing a stenosis degree of = 50% as confirmed by coronary CT angiography or coronary angiography; 3. New York Heart Function Classification (NYHA) grade II to III; 4. Relatively stable condition (in accordance with the standards in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Artery Disease (2018)"); 5. Physically and mentally stable, and able to cooperate in completing the research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe arrhythmia or heart failure (NYHA classification level III or above), combined with malignant diseases; 2. Those who have been advised by doctors to follow a special diet plan; 3.Those with pathological obesity, diabetes, eating disorders and other diseases that affect dietary behavior; 4. Those with a history of mental illness, cognitive impairment or severe functional disorders such as visual, auditory or language impairments; 5. Those who have participated in or are currently participating in similar studies.
