Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults aged 60 years or older living independently, with no prior experience in exergames.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults and younger populations (<59 years). Older adults with physical impairments preventing completion of the designated tasks, and those with cognitive deficits impairing study performance (MMSE score <=23) were excluded.
