Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients undergoing outpatient or inpatient colonoscopy; 2. Patients who can take care of themselves, move freely, and have no mental illness, and who voluntarily participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with other severe complications such as colorectal cancer, major gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction, severe heart and lung dysfunction, or organic neurological lesions; 2. Those with cognitive or memory impairments.
