Experimental Group:All children first received a fixed dose of oxycodone 0.1 mg/kg intravenously, and different doses of ciprofol were administered 3 minutes later. The initial dose of ciprofol was se
negative reaction (no body movement): the dose for the next child was decreased by 0.05 mg/kg.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. School-aged children between 6 and 12 years old. 2.ASA physical status I or II. 3. Body weight within the normal range (according to WHO Child Growth Standards). 4. Scheduled for elective painless gastroscopy. 5. Legal guardian has provided signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to soy, eggs, opioids, or ciprofol. 2. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency (ASA class III or higher). 3.Abnormal liver or kidney function (ALT/AST or Cr exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit of normal). 4.Anticipated difficult airway (Mallampati class III-IV). 5.Central nervous system diseases or intellectual disability. 6.Recent use (within 1 month) of opioid medications. 7.Other conditions deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for study participation.
