Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 9 to 12, in good health and able to cooperate with the test. 2. Parents sign the informed consent form and the student themselves agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed with severe cardiovascular, respiratory or neurodevelopmental disorders. 2. Those who plan to relocate or have a large number of missed classes during the research period.
