18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age is greater than or equal to 18 years old. Diagnosed as PWHD according to the 2018 European Society of Cardiology guidelines. Complete clinical data is available, including preoperative examinations, surgical records, cardiac-related indicators, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness, currently or previously using psychiatric medications; 2. Coexisting diseases of the immune system, kidneys, or respiratory system; 3. Incomplete clinical data or lost to follow-up.
