Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children aged 3–6 years; (2) Physically healthy, with no conditions affecting participation in regular physical activity; (3) Enrolled in non–sports-specialized kindergartens where daily physical activity primarily consists of unstructured free play; (4) Have not received any structured sports training prior to study enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of medical conditions contraindicating physical activity (e.g., chronic illness, musculoskeletal problems); (2) Presence of sensory or cognitive impairments (e.g., vision, hearing, or learning disabilities); (3) Concurrent participation in other structured extracurricular sports programs during the study period.
