Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with unilateral breast cancer who are candidates for breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy with prosthetic breast reconstruction, and deep inferior epigastric perforator flap breast reconstruction mainly include: (1) early breast cancer in clinical stage I or II, with tumor size belonging to T1 and T2 stages, and with appropriate breast volume, appropriate tumor-breast volume ratio, and who can maintain a good breast shape after surgery. (2) Sufficient skin and fat tissue in the lower abdomen; (3) No severe sagging of the healthy breast.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindications of breast-conserving and breast reconstructive surgeries mainly include: (1) breast cancer during pregnancy; (2) extensive lesions that make it difficult to achieve negative margins or an ideal breast-conserving appearance; (3) diffusely distributed calcifications with malignant characteristics; (4) tumors with positive margins after extensive local excision, but pathologically negative margins cannot be guaranteed after re-excision; (5) inflammatory breast cancer; (6) other contraindications to breast-conserving and breast reconstructive surgeries.
