Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged over 18 with acute myocardial infarction who had a systolic/diastolic blood pressure lower than 90/60 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa) or a decrease in mean arterial pressure greater than 30 mmHg; 2. Urine output less than 0.5 ml/kg·h; 3. Participants who had signed informed consent form were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Individuals with a history of mental illness; 3. Severe liver dysfunction (Child Pugh grade C); 4. Severe kidney dysfunction (creatinine clearance rate<30ml/min), 5. Participants with II-III degree atrioventricular block.
