Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia according to the diagnostic criteria of the International Headache Society; 3. Patients scheduled to undergo operative treatments such as microvascular decompression (MVD), percutaneous balloon compression (PBC), radiofrequency ablation, nerve block, or gamma knife; 4. Provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study; 5. Alert and able to express intentions clearly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coexisting severe somatic diseases or severe cognitive impairment (e.g., heart failure, stroke) affecting daily living, with hospitalization within the past six months; 2. History of psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety); 3. Individuals with drug or alcohol dependence, or those who have experienced a major life event recently; 4. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
