Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients expected to undergo surgery entirely under intravenous anesthesia; 2. ASA I or II; 3. Age 18-65 years; 4. 15 kg/m^2 < BMI < 30 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-sinus rhythm; 2. Preoperative use of a- and ß-blockers; 3. MAP >120 mmHg before anesthesia induction; 4. Thyroid dysfunction; 5. Surgery duration 120 min; 6. Lateral or prone position surgery; 7. History of overt heart failure; 8. History of myocardial infarction; 9. Left ventricular ejection fraction <50%; 10. Cardiac valvular disease or cardiomyopathy; 11. Massive intraoperative bleeding.
