FMD intervention group:The FMD regimen (Caloric intake: Day 1: ~1100 kcal
Days 2-5: ~740 kcal) is administered for 5 days per month.
Control group:Maintain their usual dietary habits and lifestyle.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 30-50 years. 2.Permanent local resident with no plans for long-distance travel within one year. 3.Willing and able to comply with the trial protocol, including completing questionnaires and undergoing procedures such as blood collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of severe metabolic diseases or major chronic conditions (e.g., renal failure, malignant tumors). 2.Diagnosed coagulation disorders, severe anemia, or other contraindications for blood draw. 3.Participation in other interventional trials within the past 3 months. 4.Females who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
