Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have experienced trauma within less than 24 hours, have an Injury Severity Score (ISS) greater than 16 points, were first diagnosed in our hospital and admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU); 2. Patients aged 18 years old or above; 3. Patients who, one month after the trauma, have stable emotions, are able to understand and cooperate in answering questions, and can complete the questionnaire effectively; 4. Patients without missing basic data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of severe liver and kidney diseases, hematological diseases, or malignant tumors and other difficult-to-treat diseases in the past; 2. Patients who are unable to understand, fail to cooperate, or refuse to complete the relevant medical history inquiries and scales; 3. Patients with a history of severe mental disorders or a history of taking psychotropic drugs in the past; 4. Patients with substance abuse such as drug addiction, alcohol dependence, etc. who have received relevant psychological treatment; 5. Patients with severe nerve damage (severe traumatic brain injury, massive intracerebral hemorrhage, large-area cerebral infarction, severe intracranial infection) resulting in complete impairment of cognition.
