18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older and not exceeding 65 years of age; 2. Uncomminuted closed calcaneal fracture (Sanders II-III type); 3. Enrolled within 24 hours of undergoing open or closed reduction and internal fixation; 4. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fracture or combined with nerve injury; 2.Preoperative examination of patients with severe osteoporosis (T value <=-3.0); 3.Previous history of surgery on the affected ankle; 4.Patients whose cognitive impairment makes them unable to cooperate with training as judged by doctors.
