Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Underwent pancreatic resection with curative intent; 3.Histopathological diagnosis of PDAC based on surgical specimens; 4.Availability of access to clinical data and follow-up records;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Missing essential perioperative data required for cachexia assessment, including preoperative imaging, height, weight, or documented weight change within 6 months prior to admission; 2.Received neoadjuvant therapy; 3.Had a diagnosis of secondary pancreatic tumors;
