Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 - 75 years; 2. Patients with chronic liver disease: chronic viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, hereditary liver disease, drug- or toxin-induced liver disease, other types, or unclear or mixed liver disease; 3. Patients who need to undergo liver biopsy or surgical pathology and agree to high-frequency and low-frequency ultrasound examination; 4. Able to provide complete clinical data and follow-up information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to obtain standard liver images, such as when the liver is <=4 cm from the body surface, or after major liver resection, etc.; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with liver puncture biopsy or surgery, such as those with severe systemic diseases, etc.; 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
