Intervention group:Undergo a 4-week fragmented high-intensity stair climbing exercise intervention, 5 days per week.
Control group:Maintain their original lifestyle habits without engaging in any structured exercise intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Classified as 'inactive' by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), specifically defined as undertaking less than 1 hour of structured physical activity per week. 2.No history of any metabolic diseases, such as hypertension or diabetes. 3.Free from current injuries and any contraindications to exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects classified as having high physical activity according to the IPAQ results; 2. Subjects who have been explicitly forbidden by a doctor from engaging in strenuous exercise.
