18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Clinically staged IA (TNM 9th) lung adenocarcinoma preoperatively; 2: Surgical resection was conducted at the research center, with intraoperative cross-sectional images of the lesion obtained; 3: Age between 18 to 75 years old; 4: with available preoperative chest CT scans performed within 3 months prior to surgical resection; 5: with available and assessable histopathological reports after surgery; 6. Routine postoperative paraffin pathology clearly diagnosed as AIS, MIA, or IAC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Tumors >3 cm in maximal diameter; 2: Any preoperative anticancer treatment (chemotherapy/targeted agents/immunotherapy); 3: Final pathology proving AIS, MIA, or non-adenocarcinoma histology.
