60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 60 or above, elderly patients undergoing elective surgery; (2) Clear consciousness before the operation, no hearing or language impairment, and normal language communication ability; (3) ASA classification I to III; (4) All patients were under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; (6) All patient case data are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with mental disorders; (2) Patients admitted to the ICU after surgery; (3) Patients who used drugs that may cause delirium before the start of the study; (4) Patients who are currently participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical research within the past six months.
